Registration of Dance Schools

Dance shcools are required to download and complete the documents below and submit them electronically and through post.

Each Dance School should prepare one Registration Form (Doc A) for the school, and as many Release Forms (Doc B) and Medical Certificates (Doc C) as the number of participating students.

Registration of dance schools is open until 15 July 2021. Registration is valid only if the appropriate deposit has been transferred.
